For Valentine's Day, our chefs have created an Italian-inspired tasting menu that highlights the best of the sea and garden in 5 courses.
To start, guests will enjoy a polenta soffiata with burrata and Caviar to begin.
For the first course, there is a delicate red beetroot carpaccio with blood orange and robiola cheese followed by a larded scallops with leek 3 ways.
The main course features a succulent grilled organic salmon with a savory zabaglione and parsnips.
And for dessert, salted caramel, white chocolate kumquat compote and hazelnut wafers.
The menu is designed to be a romantic and a delicious experience for couples to enjoy.
We will be running the "San Valentino Tasting Menu" from the Friday 10th of February through to too and on Valentines day (Tue 14th Feb).
On Valentines day, the Tasting menu will be the only available menu.
Friday 10th, Saturday 11th, Sunday 12th and Monday 13th the Tasting menu will be available as will our À la carte menu.
San Valentino Tasting Menu is $125 per person.
We cater to All Allergies & Dietary restrictions. Vegetarian and Vegan options are always available. it is always helpful if this is noted on your reservation.

Ryan Campbell’s food is created with very bright, crisp and clear flavours, where responsibly sourced ingredients self-evidently speak for themselves. Chef Campbell has a very big appreciation for old school cookery but happily greets the opportunity to use modern techniques to enhance the end result of a dish.
